Your compensation is deposited directly into your bank account in accordance with the terms outlined in the contract. The payment frequency can be either monthly or bi-monthly, varies based on the country where you are working and the specific terms outlined in your contract. This flexibility ensures that the payment structure aligns with both contractual agreements and regional practices. If you have any questions or need further clarification, please refer to your contract or reach out to our team for assistance.

We work with healthcare organizations to place both temporary and permanent employees. If your skills match the needs of an organization that is looking for direct hires, we can immediately secure a permanent position for you. If you begin in a temporary role and demonstrate good performance, you may also be offered a permanent role by the organization.    

We provide competitive salary and benefits packages. Benefits depend on the country you are working in but may include housing allowance, medical coverage, language and clinical skills training, over time allowances, dental reimbursement, life insurance, wellness programs, paid time off and free career counseling.
